    Cancel my month-to-month InDesign subscription

      Hi Team,


      I must say your website is an absolute joke. I have been looped around and around trying to cancel my subscription, unable to speak to anyone on a chat room because the option for 'help' takes me to this forum page. When I wanted to purchase a subscription there were people available immediately and pushing me to buy a plan.


      I need to cancel my subscription because I am not using the software and the account you are currently debitting money from is about to be closed. I find it interesting you do not have a general Adobe Help Forum, so I hope that my message doesn't get lost in a community of designers.


      Please cancel my subscription ASAP. I have tried to follow your instructions you put online and I am being told I have nothing to cancel, which is interesting given I am being debitted each month.
