    Unable to Cancel Account - going in absolute circles


      Hi Adobe if you're reading this,


      Deliberate or not, it looks like members like me are never going to be able to cancel a membership via a less cumbersome way. I've been vigilantly following instructions on how to cancel an Adobe membership - that I have to CONTACT (?!) you guys to inform of my decision to do so. Ironically, no other way besides writing in a forum was recommended to do so. SERIOUSLY? Is there actually no other standard way or a simple clicking of a button to cancel a membership?


      Please process my request here to cancel my membership. I believe I have only been using a paid subscription within 13 days and might qualify for a refund. This is really frustrating.
