I don't know that tool, but I do know that the built in (???) Migration and Time Machine tools do NOT work with Adobe programs because they do not "capture" the hidden registration files
You need to ask the vendor of that cloning program if they know about hidden registration files... if not, DE-activate on old and RE-install on new drive
