How to uninstall CS5 when not listed in windows uninstall program?

My windows CS5 is corrupt and am trying to uninstall/reinstall CS5.  However, CS5 is not listed in windows 7 control panel programs.  It is listed in my programs folder and I am able to use it how what.   Any assistance would be appreciate it.  Thank you

Kindly use cleaner tool to remove the CS5 version.
