Trying to update photo and illustrator and keep getting (Update failed download error)

I just purchased Adobe creative cloud membership and downloaded  photoshop and illustrator with no problems. Then an update appeared for both of them but when I click update it says:

Update Failed

Download Error press retry to try again or contact customer support.(49)

Hi,

Please try the following steps :-

Open Temp folder.

Clear the Temp folder content.

Disable your computer Firewall and Antivirus for sometime.

Launch CC Desktop and try downloading Apps.
