I want to know how I can deactivate my old computer as one of the users for adobe software but I know longer have access to that computer
You can have Creative Cloud installed and signed in on two computers, as long as you only use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe website using your Adobe ID, download the Creative Cloud desktop app, then download the apps you wish to use.

IF you have exceeded your activations and do not have access to the computers to sign out of Creative Cloud, you can contact support to reset your program activations. Contact us. Scroll down and click on the blue bar that says, "Still need help?” Contact us."
If you get a new computer, simply sign out of Creative Cloud on one of the others and sign in on the new one. Sign in, Sign out | Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
