Hi, each time I attempt to open a new project, the following message invariably appears:
A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
My OS (OS X Yosemite 10.10.5) was updated yesterday morning. I've completely uninstalled and re-installed the Elements software today, only to receive the same error again. Any thoughts?
To start with, please download, install, and use the Adobe Licensing Repair Tool.

Thank you. Now the licensing dmg will not open so I can install it. It's late, so I'll fight this battle again tomorrow!
