Can you please ask the user to check within his Adobe account under plans and products?
Also, under the admin console what is the status of the license?
Moving to Adobe Creative Cloud
Hi Sheena, I was able to see her screen under Adobe Plans and products, but it is empty.
In the Team Admin console I have assigned the licenses, is not marked "active" as it should be. It says "invitation sent" "click to re-send"
We are sure that we are signed in with the correct e-mail address / Adobe ID
We tryed with IE9 and IE11
We tryed to remove and reassign the subscription
Well that's the issue.
He still has to accept the invite and only then he will be able to see the subscription.
I understand but the invitation was send in german, and the user did not understood one single word :-)
Now we managed to activate the subscription.
Is there a way for me to ensure that the invitations are send solely in english language?
Well the invitation is sent out in english only by default if the language setting are not applied.
