Are they text hyperlinks? If so, you'll need to draw a frame around that text, convert it to a button, and assign the Go to URL action for the hyperlink to work.
Thanks for your reply...I tried that and it still doesn't work??
How are you making the hyperlinks?
What kind are they? URL? Something else?
Is there a green dot next to the hyperlink?
Are you totally up to date? Chad's work around was necessary a few weeks ago, but updates have fixed that.
I tried making them using text hyperlinks the usual way. Then I drew a transparent box, turned it into a button that goes to a URL.
When publish online I get the hand symbol when you mouse over but nothing happens when you click.
They are URLs.
Yes, the green dot indicates that the links are good - they work when I turn the doc into an interactive PDF.
Yes - totally up to date InDesign
What type of URL is it? Normal or something exotic?

Go to: Feature Request/Bug Report Form and write this up as a bug report.
Are you seeing this across all browsers? If it's only Safari then can you try disabling "Don't allow popups" & see if it works.
Thanks Gaurav, that was the issue with my URL.
On iPad and computer it worked oke, but not on my phone. Now it does :-)
