Hallo. I have the same Problem, The creative Cloud desktop app refuses to install naming error code 1. After running the Adobe cc cleaner 3 Times it is still the Same. I deleted all Files and Folders named " Adobe " on my computer, exept the Adobe reader Folders, wich refused to be deleted. Still Error code 1.

Mac :

Make sure to delete Adobe application Manager and Adobe Creative Cloud folders from Applications > Utilities.

Make sure that no Adobe processes are running in Activity Monitor.

Windows :

Make sure to delete Adobe Creative Cloud folders from C: > Program Files(x86) > Adobe.

Make sure that no Adobe processes are running in Task Manager.

Run Cleaner tool once and check if Creative Cloud or Adobe Application Manager is listed under ?? if yes remove it ,.

Then try to install again .
