Transferring would not work even if you had the machine accessible.   You can download the installation files if you have your serial number and can use it to activate the installation.

Your license allows for two activated installations, so if you only had the one then you can install and activate without taking any other action.  You can also recover the lost activation by contacting Adobe support thru chat and asking them
