    Tranferring eBook from library to Kobo Touch. Says Kobo isn't authorized even though I'm logged in with my Adobe ID.

      Hi all,

       

      Apologies if this has been asked a ton of times before. I couldn't find an answer using the search.

       

      Have a Kobo Touch and ADE 4.0. I borrowed an eBook from my library and it opened up in ADE no problem. I went to transfer it to my Kobo Touch by dragging it to the Kobo within ADE.

       

      On the Kobo there is a blank screen where the cover should be, like so:

      When I open the book, I get this error message

      "This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign-in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again."

       

      I have tried...

       

      1) Factory reset of Kobo.

      2) Reinstall ADE

      3) Downloading the book and adding it to the Kobo on another device.

      4) Deauthorizng and then reauthorizing the Kobo with my Adobe ID.

       

      I'm not too sure what to try next? Plus, I'm not even sure where the problem would be? The book opens fine within ADE, so is this a Kobo problem? The Kobo says it is authorized with my Adobe ID so I'm not entirely sure where the problem is?

       

      Any help would be greatly appreciated.
