    Still crashing after reinstall

      I've been having problems with InDesign CC (2015 edition) crashing on me all week and now it's crashing within seconds of being fully open -- with or without having a file open in it. Error meddage reads:

       

      "Error: Adobe InDesign is shutting down. A serious error was detected. Please restart InDesign to recover work in any unsaved InDesign documents."

       

      I uninstalled through the Creative Cloud app, telling it to wipe my preferences too. I restarted and then reinstalled. It's acting EXACLT the same, even down to asking if I wanted to restore the files open from the last crash (from before uninstall and reinstall).

       

      Now I'm trying to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, but it doesn't list InDesign as one of the installs available on my system.

       

      HELP!!! Do I need to uninstall everything? This is ridiculous.
