FYI, I've checked the forum for this issue and noticed someone else had something similar.
I have been on assets.adobe.com and it showing the old project that was created a long time ago but not my most recent. The assets page is consistent with what is currently on my iPad.
My version of Draw is 2.1.1 and I have 4gb of disk space available.
Are you able to retrieve my work? Help needed asap!
Can you contact me through the in-app feedback (tapping on the Draw icon opens a menu) with your contact information?
I've just contacted you through the in-app feedback.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Got it. Thanks Jay.
All fixed! Thank you so much to the support team. Extremely helpful!
I've been working on a gift for my colleagues. It's a completely personalised, custom version of the classic board game 'Guess Who'. I'm not sure what the game is called in the US but I'm sure you'll be aware of it. I have been drawing 40+ co-workers for a long time, tweaking often to enhance the resemblance, and have also designed (with the help of a friend) a game board which has been laser-cut from MDF. It's close to completion and I've been looking into having the cards printed up professionally, having a custom box made with foam inlays etc.
So, although the drawings may not have the 'wow factor' that other Adobe Draw creations certainly have, the project as a whole is very important to me and I've invested a lot of time in it. I'm sure you can appreciate I was more than distressed to find the project had 'disappeared'! Major relief to have it back.
Please find attached a couple of screenshots of the drawings & photographs of the laser-cut board. All line work and some colour created in Adobe Draw. Skin tones and background w/ text created in another app.
