Some general information for a Cloud subscription
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

verify your subscription payment has been processed and your adobe id is correct, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop using the same adobe id you used to verify your subscription is current, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
Thanks everyone....my subscription is active, payment is processed on the 1st of the month and was processed this month. I have no problems using Photoshop on my non-Mac laptop. I close out of my account on my non-Mac laptop and try to sign in on my Mac.....and can't. I've restarted my Mac and still can't access. I can't even see my account info on my Mac. It's strange. I'm at a loss and will have to find an Adobe customer service # to call.
