I purchased lightroom 5 on April 20, on April 21 the new version of Lightroom 6 was released. According to Adobe's site I should be entitled to a free upgrade. I have tried since July 7 to get a free upgrade because our new camera is not supported in Lightroom 5. It is supported with Lightroom 6. After 3 one hour chats and now approaching 2 months of e-mailing support with purchase receipts, serial numbers etc. along with info from Adobe's site regarding Adobe's pledge to honor free upgrades I have received no responses. Please if anyone out there has experienced this problem and knows of a solution I would appreciate some feedback. It makes this outstanding Software company fail miserably in their customer support.

In my case, over the years, I have had no problems applying for and getting a upgrade but it was probably easy because I purchased the product directly from Adobe.
