Ik moet binnenkort mijn adobe licensie verlengen maar mijn update/installatie van creative cloud blijft op 0 % , iemand enig idee hoe ik dit probleem oplos?

I just turned off my computer, im on a HP laptop, and it updated

but now i have to buy another year licension because this licension is almost finished, and i dont know how i have to buy a new licension. Do you know how?
