So I've been with Adobe for a very long time, and I signed up for Creative Cloud really early on...
My payment history dates all the way back from Jul 29, 2014 until today.
Every single month, since that time, Adobe has been charging my account PRECISELY $21.39 USD since I was, am, and will be a student for the next couple years..
Now, ever since July 28th, 2015, my account started charging me 32.09 USD which is insane.
So now I'm paying $385.08 per YEAR for using creative cloud...
So my question is... is it supposed to be this way? Why didn't I receive a single e-mail from Adobe? What's up?
You need to contact Adobe Support directly for matters of overcharging.
