That hasn't helped anything. I've done all that and I was redirected here. I just want my subscription cancelled. I don't see why it's so difficult.

I too am trying to cancel my membership plan, and have been directed to these forums using the link you posted. Am very confused as to how I cancel my membership, which is frustrating since I don't use the product and it is a substantial expense that I would like to stop paying immediately.

You need to contact Support but limit the time you can access them to US PT business hours. They do not work weekends.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
