Hi I signed up to a student plan 2 years ago and have been notified today that something went wrong with my billing information because there was an issue with my last payment (I am paying 24.99 AUD monthly) I went to sign in to fix it because I missed last month's payment. But when I signed in, I couldn't find my plan. In fact it tells me that I never had a plan although I've been paying and using Adobe Cloud for 2 years now.....Really want to fix this since I am a photography student
I then tried to find my receipt but honestly can't find it anymore.....
In this case , you better contact Adobe Support once , they will certainly check and assist you .
Click on Still need Help button and select Chat option :
The Adobe ID on the forums has no active CC membership/subscription under it.
Please try to sign in with the Adobe Id under which you might have subscribed.
