I think that the translation of "downloading" may be creating a problem for the understanding.
1. Are you importing a file into the project Timeline when the error appears? If that is the case, please give us information about the file format.
2. Are you exporting Timeline content to a file saved to the computer hard drive when the error appears? If this is the case, please give us information about your export settings and also your Timeline content files.
