I have a Lightroom catalog that is corrupted so it won't open. It has about 8,000 photos stored on it organized in collections and with keywords. These photos are from disks that were burned from 2003 to the present and keywords are not embedded in the image files. I would dearly like to get it open. It has occurred to me that something from one or more of the disks caused the problem. If I can't open the catalog and have to reload everything, what should I do to avoid corruption? I have two other LR catalogs that are working normally. Mac OS 10.104. Lightroom CC
What is the error message? Do you not have backups of this catalogue?
