Unfortunately the didn't work kglad.
Although I do appreciate the suggestion as I thought it would work when I read it.
I tried both things....I had already selected the region as United States but was hopeful with Select a Store it eventually just links back to the Chinese(Mandarin) purchase page after I select the plan I want for the Creative Cloud. It even still displays the price in Taiwan Dollars(TWD).
I guess Adobe's site redirects me after seeing I'm actually in Taiwan.
I'm thinking I may have to contact the a Taiwan Office of Digital River.
But really Adobe should be taking care of this.
1)The country of your payment address, the Country on your Adobe account, and the store you are buying from must be the same.
Due to tax reasons, it's not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID, but if you need to change the country, you can create a new Adobe ID with the email address that is associated with your current Adobe ID. See link for instructions: Change the country associated with your Adobe ID
2)It is important that you download your software from the correct country page, which is only the US if you live there, pay there, and have your Adobe ID there. Please try setting your region to Taiwan before downloading Creative Cloud and see if it helps.
3)If you want to apply a language change to an app that you already have installed on your computer, you will need to change the language preference, and then uninstall and reinstall the app. You can do this easily in the Creative Cloud desktop app. See this link: Adjust the install language | CCM. Apps installed after the language is changed will be in the new language.
