In what way will they be used?
Rocky Mountain Adventure Quest is a non-profit production company that produces the educational television series "Hittin' the Road" that airs on PBS stations. Each episode covers a single, unique subject. Currently we are working on the second season and are filming episodes on physics, the history of salt, inventors/innovators and renewable energy. We occasionally need the use of stock images to illustrate a subject that we are covering in the show. I found that the standard license covers TV shows that have a viewership under 500,000. We are currently broadcast regionally in the Rocky Mountain region and our viewership is potentially over one million. We are working with a national distributor that will increase our viewership to all 50 states. Is there a way for us to use these images in an editorial fashion on an educational television series even though we will be showing to, potentially, over 500,000 viewers?

You will likely need the extended license for your use case. Extended licenses of the Adobe Stock images can be purchased from Fotolia - Sell and buy royalty-free photos, images, vectors and videos (recently obtained by Adobe).
