how can I contact here some adobe expert for my problem???
I believe the issue is resolved by updating the graphic card.
thanks to adobe support!
they download I think different drivers for my graphics card
I have this graphics card: AMD760G
but AMD (Download Drivers)
Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver
ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics
and this solve my problem!
I had the exact same problem: Black screen in PLAY or PREVIEW in Slideshow mode. I updated the driver for my graphics card (NVIDIA Geforce GTX960) and it works fine now. You can tell if your card is the problem by disabling it in Lightroom under Edit/Preferences and uncheck the box at the top left "Use graphics processor." On a Windows machine easiest way to update your driver is to go to Device Manager and find your graphics card under "Display Adapters." Right click on it then click the driver tab and then click "Update driver."
