Is the error code shown while installing or launching the product?
Which OS you are on and what is the InDesign version you are using?
Please attach the screenshot of the error you are seeing.
The Error 214 means the downloaded files are incorrect.
I believe it is likely your security software or firewall are interfering with the download process this is why you are receiving the current error.
