It keeps popping up that there is a problem and can't open. I have uninstalled and re-installed, nothing changes. It worked just fine with Windows 8.1. I have checked on compatibility. It says it is compatible but several other people say it isn't. I really need to open this for several projects I have going. Any help out there?
