I have been having many problems with ade for the past month after many successful, problem-free years so decided to start all over again and registered with a new email address. Now I can't get rid of the old id and it says the computer is authorized but when I try to "erase computer activation" I get the message: "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time." That message has been consistent for several days! Help!!!
