    I have already paid for subscription plan but still cannot use anything


      I have already bought a monthly subscription for Premiere CC 2015, but I still cannot use it, every time when I open premiere, I will be warn: Cannot find any subscription fro this Adobe ID, you can buy a new subscription...


      I have received emails confirming that I have paid, and my email address has been confirmed as well, so why this error still occur? Please tell me how to solve the problem, thanks!
