Hi - I can't figure out how to change country for my membership.
Specifically cancelling a year term and re-starting it in a new country - the credit card for my old country expired so kinda stuck... went to contact support but the 24/7 chat link wasn't active...
While there is a 24/7 chat link there is no 24/7 chat team supporting it. Try again during normal Pacific Standard Time working hours.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
