Every time I want to cancel my subscription I get this:
"First we need a few details"
But in the menu the word "cancel"does not appear.
If I go to support options it takes me back to contact options and the to the "First we need a few details" pages, and so on in a vicious circle.
If I want to contact customer support, the vicious circle starts again!!
How can I truly cancel my subscription??

What I am doing is exactly what you say, and what I get is exactly what I wrote: circle around!
Even when trying to contact/Adobe, the same circle!
Stupid! They do not le you go!
