my photoshop/lightroom creative cloud plan is gone, I'm in trial version again. I've been charged few days ago by adobe, I know adobe is starving for money, but that's too far! I'm paying for nothing right now and cannot contact adobe, can someone help me?

Are you sure that you are using correct Adobe ID to sign in to Creative Cloud? Please check https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html. Make sure you check the hosts file.
