    How do I cancel my membership?

      I have a Photography plan whose 1 year contract got over a long time ago. I decided to get a full Creative cloud membership but now it's charging me for BOTH plans. I tried to get the Photography plans cancelled but since I live in India I need to go through your horrendous support system which is a labyrinth of links all tracing an Escher-like path of utter despair. The chat and call options are not available to me despite being logged in to the account on which I made the purchases and my last resort is here.

       

      Please provide me a proper path to cancel my photography membership or else I will have to cancel all further contracts with your company.
