Plans automatically renew unless they are cancelled. I am guessing your photography plan auto-renewed and you also started a new plan.
It is possible to change membership plans online( FAQ: How do I change to a different Creative Cloud plan?) but if you already have two plans, please see this link so that you can contact support or go online yourself to cancel the monthly membership: FAQ: How do I cancel my Creative Cloud Membership?

Yes, unfortunately I still have issues since none of the contact options are selectable. When I expand the "Still Need Help" section, it only shows Chat and I cannot click that option.
OK the problem seems to not happen when on Firefox. Weird. My issue is being resolved as I type this. Thanks.
