I received information for Adobe about not having enough information and to join the forum but how much information do you need.  The AdobeAir will not install and it's been over 3 weeks trying to get it to install.  The error message is what I report.  What else do you need?  I see someone else have the same problem and no resolution.

perhaps late for you but noticed if you run msiexec /i "setup.msi" I get the error, but if I run msiexec /i "setup.msi" /qb it installs correctly.

Hello, this problem was probably a long time ago, however, my problem today is that I cannot get the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.16 to upgrade via SCCM. It will not work, if I install manually it works. The last version 11.0.15 installed fine. I’m not able to get any help on it from anyone. If you know how I can I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Stacey
