What RAM, CPU, and VGA should I get to to process 24-36mp RAW files?

My 7-year-old computer broke down (hardware failure) and it's time for a new one. My current camera is a Nikon D80, which produces 10 megapixel files. I know that an Intel i5 is adequate for that, but I might get a new camera in the following months.

      I'm looking at either Nikon D750 or D800. That's 24 and 36 megapixel respectively.

I'm trying to figure out what kind of a machine would I need to comfortably process 25mp and 36mp RAW photos in Lightroom 6. So I'm actually asking for two specs.

So what kind of a CPU (Intel and AMD are both acceptable), RAM, and VGA (LR 6 can take advantage of the GPU) would I need to process 25mp photos, and 36mp photos?

I know that an SSD is a must, and if you think it matters, you can also suggest a motherboard.

I know that the display is very important, but it belongs to another post.
