    Can't log in


      Just hangs.  Won't log in.  any ideas

          What version of Premiere Elements and what computer operating system is involved? What is the description of the computer resources? Latest version of QuickTime installed on that computer? Running programs as administrator? Video card/graphics card driver version up to date according to web site of manufacturer of the program, etc?


          Are you trying to work with a Premiere Elements version earlier than 11?


          You do not give any information with which to help you. The answers are in the details are there are none except the symptoms.


          When does the program or project hang?


          What are you doing in the program  or a project when this happens?


          Is this a "it worked before but not now" or a "it never worked before" issue?


          We can get into the rest of the details based on the details in your reply.
