Please check the available free space to location where you exporting the Images.
What OS are you working on. (Windows 64/32 bit Or Mac)
How much RAM you have in the system.

This has nothing to do with free space. The message "out of memory" means you don't have enough memory.
To fix the problem, you will need BOTH 8GB of memory AND a 64 bit operating system.
In the meantime, you might make sure there are no other programs open before you export.
There ya go: in practical terms that's not nearly enough.
