    We are having trouble verifying your membership


      One of our users is getting a 'We are having trouble verifying your membership' message with just 12 days left on the countdown.

      I have been looking around the forums and saw that a db file was to be deleted to solve this issue, but this has not solved the issue in this case.

      This is an urgent thing that needs sorting. A new licence for creative clouds for teams has been purchased and assigned to this user, so unsure why they would be getting this message?


      Can anyone provide any help for this please, as I said it is an urgent issue that needs sorting.
