If your purchased activated serial number is trapped on a crashed computer, then Adobe is the only one who can resolved your Premiere Elements computer count issue (purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of your computers).
Please contact Adobe Chat using the following link unless aksagarw (identified as Adobe Staff) can do that for you.
And, depending on what version of Premiere Elements you have....
if 11, then it is Help Menu/Deactivate
if 12 or 13, then it is Help Menu/Sign Out
None of these apply to you if you cannot open start your computer.
Add On....for the computer which is not broken, please describe the issues there. Maybe we can do something with that. Are you saying that computer runs OK, but Premiere Elements will not open. Did Premiere Elements work before on that computer?
