Putting small controls on my embedded .swf video on my site?

Hey guys, I have an .swf that plays a small flash video on a website, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get little controls similar to this virtual spokesperson on this website.

I'm not flash savvy, but I keep reading about skin files etc. I'm unsure of how to make them work though, or what I should do to create them.

This is the code that I'm using on my site. My SWF is a transparent video that will display over the top of my site. Currently it plays just fine, but I'd like to be able to pause it/mute it/close it etc.

      <div id="video" style="z-index: 2147483647; position: absolute; right: -10px; bottom: 0px; display: block;"> <object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=8,0,0,0" width="146" height="386"> <param name="movie" value="WebsiteBobby/WebsiteBobby.swf" /> <param name="quality" value="high" /> <param name="loop" value="false" /> <param name="allowFullscreen" value="false" /> <param name="wmode" value="transparent"> <embed src="WebsiteBobby/WebsiteBobby.swf" quality="high" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="146" height="386" wmode="transparent" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" /> </object> </div>
