Hello, i'm having problems with my creative cloud. Since now i had my apps on two computers, then i closed one connection (i did it well) and tried to install creative cloud on my third computer but after installation of, for example, photoshop, it ask me: buy it! so i tried to delate creative cloud on one of the other computers and after a good cleaning (also using cc toll removal) i reinstalled curative cloud but it says again BUY IT... it's impossible contact the assistance, i'm paying but i can't work..what could i do? help me please! good afternoon Jessica
If you updated to Creative Cloud 2015 and all or some of your CC apps show "Start trial or Buy Now" in Creative Cloud desktop application, or if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:
You can have Creative Cloud installed on as many computers as you like, but it can only be signed in on two computers and you can only use it on one at a time.
If you get a new computer, simply sign out of Creative Cloud on one of the others and sign in on the new one. Sign in, Sign out | Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app
