InDesign CS6 Crashes On Startup on Windows 7

    thanser Level 1

I have CS6 installed on a Dell Latitude E6430 laptop, running Windows 7.  Everything was working really well for a year and a half, and now ID crashes when I launch it.  I've re-installed the application and restarted the machine, too.  No change.

Nothing changed to the OS or the application - I can't run updates here at work as we're protected by by a very strict firewall.

      Comments? Suggestions?  I'm stuck here.

All of the other CS6 applications run without any trouble.

      Thanks!
