Saving to Original RAW does not exist in Lightroom but asking anyways. Which method will result in better JPG quality when saved at 100% resolution, is it saving to original RAW, exporting, or they both will result in the same JPG quality? JPG results in quality loss after each save.
JPEG file compresses the file each time you save, so if you open JPEG file and save it, you will find quality loss.
By selecting, Export as Orignal, you can retain the original file format like the raw files will remain raw, the tiffs will remain tiffs etc
Hope this helps.

"Export as original" does not export any edits. It just "exports" or copies the original file to the export folder.
If you are looking to maximize the quality of your exported files, you need to choose a file format that does not use lossy compression. TIF or PSD would get you there.
