On your Adobe id you don't have any subscription registered, in the screen shot as well you can see it says that you have a free membership so you don't need to cancel anything.

You might have used some other email address to purchase the subscription.
Click on the Settings Wheel which is on the top right corner of your creative cloud app > Preferences > What is the email address that you see here.
Please send that email address to me in a personal message, so that i check and assist you appropriately.
