Sounds like a simple Relink of the image ought to work....
Nice try. No it is a flaw in InDesign with CC Library. You cannot have an image from CC Library and an image from your desktop in the same Illustrator (and maybe photoshop) file. ALSO a png file is OK but not an ai or eps file in InDesign. The image shows up correctly while in InDwsign (even though the path is wrong in links info) but if you make a pdf of the InDesign file, you will get the image from the path picked up. If you delete the image in the path from the CC Library, no matter how many times and ways you put the file from your desktop, it will put the library image name and says image is missing from the library. Spent 2 hours with tech support and they finally agreed it was a problem.

I'm having this issue too and it is driving me nuts! So, there is no fix for it?
You've not provided much information. But here's one thing which may cause the problem. If you have a graphic placed in InDesign, and you drag the InDesign object containing that graphic to a CC library, it will appear as missing in another file.
You need to embed the graphic in the InDesign element before dragging to the CC library.
