Could you please post the error log generated?
Please follow the steps to get the error log from Event Viewer.
> Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-clicking Event Viewer. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
> Expand Windows Logs in the left hand side panel.
> Click on Application.
> In the middle panel, you will find error
> Click on the error log.
> Post the error Information which you find in the General Tab.
Log Name: Application
Source: Windows Error Reporting
Could you please post a screenshot regarding the error message to understand the cause of the crash?
Thanks, I posted information that I obtained using the instructions arrived to your previous e mail. When I heard from you I had restored from my backup the most recent but I lost about a weeks work. How can I retrieve the information you require.

It has just happened again. I tried to copy the message but seems that is
not possible. However here is the message
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP LIGHTROOM HAS STOPPED WORKING: A problem has caused the
program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and
notify you if a solution is available.
This has happened with both windows 7 and 10 and I have never had a
notification from Windows.

Thanks I have been using it for a few hours today and it seems to be working well. Just had one instance where the cursor took off across the page involuntary.
