Download and install the DNG Converter Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Macintosh : Adobe DNG Converter 9.1.1
This will add the Lens Profiles for latest Supported cameras.
On a Windows machine.Find the profile you want to copy under C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0\Canon and right-click Copy
I think the file you want is: Canon Your Camera model(Canon EF-S 10-18mm f4.5-5.6 IS STM) - RAW.lcp
Here is the list of Supported Profile Lens Profile Support List Camera Raw Lightroom
Go to the Users profile location: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0\Downloaded
The AppData folder is hidden so you may have to type it into Explorer and hit Enter to get down into it, or type %AppData% into an Explorer address bar and hit Enter and you should be down into the Roaming folder.
Once you are in the Downloaded folder, Paste the profile over to it, and you're done, once you've restarted LR so it'll see the new profile.
Hope this helps

Lens profiles are specific for raw files or/ Jpeg files, the one above is raw specific and will not be available if you have a jpeg file selected.
Exact ! It works with a RAW...
I did not know that...
Thanks DdeGannes, thanks Akash for your answers
