I would encourage you to give the original thread a title that fits the problem, example, Premiere Elements 13 Windows 10 Burn To Problem.
Please do not duplicate threads since that is confusing to you and to those trying to help. Often important troubleshooting information can be lost trying to go between 2 threads on the same question from the same person. Please continue in the original post. A moderator will probably close the thread that we are in now once the duplication is noticed.
