Slowing Down Focus Out Animation for Text

I would like the text in a video I'm doing to slowly move towards the camera, but the default seems to be it moving very quickly. I can't do a Time remapping or a Time stretch to it, since it is text and not video, even though there is an animation applied to it.

What version of Premiere Elements and what computer operating system is involved.

Nonetheless, generalizing...with the Titler closed, just increase the duration of the text file and its Focus Out Animation.

Please let us know if that works for you.

Add On...you can increase the file duration by dragging out the right edge of the Timeline clip or right clicking the file, selecting Time Stretch, and adjusting the file duration there. You cannot use Time Remapping in this case, but you can surely use Time Stretch.
