Where I work we have a site license and use Creative Cloud Packager to install the Adobe applications. The license is built in to the package and you are not required to have your own Adobe ID to run any of the apps. The solutions that have been given do not apply because users don't have an account to sign in/out of.

I'm on a Mac running 10.9.5.
Did someone at Adobe generate the license, or someone at your institution?
Adobe staff contacted Kevin directly. An uninstall/reinstall resolved the issue.
